This seminar is geared to photographers who would like to learn more about how collectors think, buy and build their collections. It will also be of interest to photographers who either show – or would like to show – with a gallery as it relates to how dealers work with collectors. (Note: It is not a seminar that will focus on how to find a dealer, nor how dealers work with photographers.)

2 Sessions remain:

Sat Oct 19th Midtown gallery visits 2-5 pm
Includes an in-depth behind-the-scenes look at how photography galleries work.

Tues Oct 29th Visit to private collection 6-8pm
Includes cocktails and discussion with ‘host dealers’ and other special guests.

This fact-filled seminar is perfect for those photographers looking to learn the dynamics of the photography marketplace, and provides the perspective of a long-standing collector, well respected in the field.

Remaining dates:
Sat Oct 19th Midtown gallery visits 2-5pm
