Shooting in Low Light
Thursday, October 25. 4:00-7:30 PM (shoot on location) and Saturday October 27, 9 AM-Noon (critique of Thursday shoot and instruction on image processing)
This workshop will prepare you for photographing in low light and acquiring compelling images that have proper exposure and sharpness.
Teacher Terry Abrams.   (teaches in universities, colleges and workshops USA & internationally + Adobe beta tester).

Shooting VIDEO with your SLR camera and Photoshop CS6 New editing tools

Today photographers often need to incorporate video with their fine art exhibits, presentations, websites, blogs and more. Many are shooting  some video but are limited with the big learning curve of the sophisticated editing programs.

Adobe Photoshop new CS6 will help solve that problem for many. This basic program (cross platform) will get people up and running. For many this will take care of immediate needs. Those who need more sophisticated editing software may choose to move on to Final Cut or other editing programs that give more options. This gives basic tools while deciding what their final end needs might be

DATES: Saturday, November 3 & 10, 2012
TIME: 10 am -2:00 pm both days
LOCATION: to be announced (in Manhattan, NYC)

Class will cover review of camera settings, lighting, strategies and practice session. An assignment will be given to bring in for the second meeting.  Second session will review the assignment and work with the video editing tool in CS6.
