Professional Women Photographers
& The Durst Organization Present
“New Visions€
A Photography Exhibit
November 20, 2010 New York, NY: An exciting photography show will be launched in a
prime location in the heart of NYC. PWP (Professional Women Photographers) and the
Durst Organization present an exhibition that features images demonstrating the
photographerʼs latest techniques, as well as experimental work. Members of PWP, an
organization of nearly 200 photojournalists, ï¬ne arts and commercial photographers,
present images that will provoke discussion and invite questions and speculation about
how they were created.
The Durst Organization and PWP invite the press and public to a reception on Thursday,
December 9th from 6 – 8PM , 1133 Avenue of the Americas at 43rd Street, New York, NY.
The exhibition will be on view to the public from December 6th 2010 – January 15th, 2011.
Professional Women Photographers is a not-for-proï¬t 501 (c) (3) organization based in
New York City. PWP has been supporting the work of women photographers for over 30
years, providing forums and student awards to encourage artistic growth and to stimulate
public interest in the art of photography.
